Reiki is extremely pleasant and relaxing and at the same time, it is an effective holistic method of healing. Reiki also works well on animals and children.

A typical treatment schedule for a new client is a series of four sessions. These Sessions work to relax you, while opening up any energy blockages (which can help relieve pain) and improves your body's ability to heal itself. These Reiki sessions enables your body's own self healing mechanism to gear up to maximum efficiency.

Spiritual healing sessions include the use of prayers and affirmations to help in the release of karmic issues, along with multidimensional hand-on healing and the use of sound or toning.

Iridology is a science and practice of studying the iris of the eye. Through studying the markings or signs in the iris of the eye, the practitioner finds out about body constitution as well as strengths and weakness in the various organs and tissues of the body. Iridology can be used as a tool for health improvement. Once we know which areas of the body are weak we work to strengthen them nutritionally.

To help cleanse and rebuild the tissue of the body, I utilize herbs and dietary supplements. Through the use of kinesiology (muscle testing) the body tells us what it needs for optimum health. Reiki, Flower Essences and SRT help bring the whole body, mind and spirit into balance. I work with each person as an individual, since we are all so uniquely different. My goal is to help educate and empower the individual so they may find balance and wholeness in their life.
